IQFarmer Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction By accessing IQFarmer, you agree to comply with these terms. Our platform serves as a marketplace to connect agricultural producers (Vendors) with buyers.

2. User Accounts

• Users must provide accurate information during registration.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

3. Vendor (Farmer) Obligations

• Quality Assurance: Vendors must ensure that livestock is healthy and crops are fit for consumption at the time of sale.

• Pricing: All prices must be clearly stated in the supported currencies (USD/ZWG).

• Prohibited Items: No illegal substances, protected wildlife, or unregulated chemicals may be sold.

4. Buying and Payments

• A contract of sale is formed directly between the buyer and the seller.

• IQFarmer facilitates the platform but is not responsible for the physical quality of goods delivered by independent farmers.

5. Delivery and Logistics

• Buyers and Sellers must agree on transport methods.

• We recommend inspecting all agricultural produce immediately upon delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability IQFarmer shall not be liable for any losses arising from crop failure, livestock health issues after delivery, or transit delays.
