1. Data Collection We collect information necessary to facilitate trade between buyers and sellers, including names, contact details, and delivery addresses within Zimbabwe.

2. Vendor Responsibilities All vendors (farmers) on IQFarmer must ensure that their produce, livestock, and inputs meet local health and safety standards. Descriptions must be accurate and reflect the true condition of the goods.

3. Payments & Security IQFarmer facilitates secure transactions. While we support various payment methods including local mobile money (Ecocash/InnBucks) and bank transfers, users are encouraged to keep all transaction records for verification.

4. Shipping & Delivery Sellers are responsible for accurately describing their shipping zones and rates. IQFarmer is not liable for delays caused by third-party transporters but will assist in dispute resolution.
