2. Response Times (SLA)
General Inquiries: We aim to respond within 6–12 hours.
Urgent Order Issues: For issues regarding perishable goods (vegetables, milk, etc.), we prioritize a response within 2 hours during business hours.
3. Vendor (Farmer) vs. Platform Support
Product Questions: For specific questions about a crop or animal, please use the "Message Seller" button on the product page.
Platform Technical Issues: For payment failures, account access, or bug reports, contact the IQFarmer admin team directly.
4. Dispute Resolution If a dispute arises between a buyer and a seller regarding the quality of agricultural produce:
We provide a mediation service to help both parties reach a fair agreement.
We encourage all users to take photos of goods immediately upon delivery to assist in the support process.
